Vehicle Registration Process in Manipur RTO

Step 1: Acquire Form 20 - Application for Registration:

Step 2: Fill out Form 20 accurately:

Step 4: Vehicle inspection by the RTO:

Step 7: Install the high-security registration plates:

The RC book must be accompanied by registration number plates. The plate is issued by an authorized vendor. It should meet the prescribed design and dimensions. These plates carry a unique registration mark. It allows for the legal driving of the vehicle on roads only after its installation.

Registering a Vehicle from Another State in Manipur
